  3. This license agreement is a legal agreement
  4. between you (either an individual or a single entity) 
  5. and the author of this software package.
  6.

  12. By installing or otherwise using this software you 
  13. agree to be bound by this agreement.
  14.  
  15. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, 
  16. you may not install or use this software.
  17.  
  18. You may install and use one copy of this 
  19. software on your computer.
  20.  
  21. You may give the original ZIP File package to your friends, 
  22. burn it onto your own CD-ROM's (or other media)
  23. and upload it to Free/Shareware Servers as long
  24. as the original ZIP File package remains unmodified
  25. and the original ZIP File name JPCDL.ZIP remains unmodified.

  29. If you upload this package to a Free/Shareware Server.
  30. Send me an E-Mail with  the URL that leeds to the file.
  31. If you burn it into a CD-ROM send me an E-Mail 
  32. explaining which CD-ROM if commercial.

  34. You may not disassemble or reverse engineer any part 
  35. of this software. You may not rent or lease the software.
  36.  
  37. All rights in the Software (including any images made by
  38. or Animated cursors and cursors in the Software) are owned
  39. by the author of this software.
  40.  
  41. The program makes backups of all registry settings of your program
  42. and program files that you may have made. Restoring or giving any
  43. of or all of any part of your backup to another computer or person
  44. will violate and terminate the terms of Agreement.
  45. This Agreement will immediately and automatically 
  46. terminate without notice if you fail to comply 
  47. with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree 
  48. upon termination to promptly destroy the Software Product 
  49. together with all of its component parts, prior and 
  50. replacement versions, and all copies and modifications 
  51. thereof in any form.

  53. The author of this software does not guarantee that this 
  54. software is free from bugs or free from viruses.
  55. (All steps have been taken to insure that all known bugs as of this
  56. release have been taken care of and fixed, JewelPro is scanned
  57. on a daily basis for all known viruses by PC-cillin 6.0 with the
  58. latest virus pattern files available).
  59.  
  60. The author will make limited available Technical Support by
  61. E-Mail for this Software.

  66. or update the Software. In so doing, the author incurs no
  67. obligation as to when such revisions or updates are available.

  71. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 
  72. THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND 
  73. THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, 
  74. EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, 
  75. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A 
  76. PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CONFORMANCE WITH DESCRIPTION, TITLE 
  77. AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

  79. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO 
  80. EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, 
  81. INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES 
  82. OR LOST PROFITS WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, 
  83. DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, 
  84. LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) 
  85. ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE 
  86. PRODUCT , EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE 
  87. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, THE AUTHOR┤S 
  88. CUMULATIVE AND ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY 
  89. FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS 
  90. OR ACTIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT 
  91. SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

  93. Should any term of these terms and conditions be declared 
  94. void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, 
  95. such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms hereof.
